Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, and Latvia. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the United Kingdom and Latvia, depending on stock availability and the most efficient routing for your order. In some cases, orders may be fulfilled directly from our Amazon UK warehouse network. Customs duties and applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: up to 7 business days from dispatch. All shipments include a tracking number sent to your email once the order is on its way.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or carrier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside the United Kingdom, Germany, and Latvia. If you are located elsewhere, our products are also available via our Amazon storefront — please use the Amazon link provided on each product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the delivery status through the carrier's website at any time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@steinberg14.co.uk with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or an appropriate remedy in line with our Refund and Returns Policy and your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.
